Netflix’s Bloodline is back. Simply put, there were no better television performances last year than Ben Mendelsohn and Kyle Chandler, going head to head in this series. There’s not a person who saw Bloodline and didn’t think Mendelsohn (Mississippi GrindSlow West, Starred Up, Animal Kingdom) should have won the Best Actor Emmy. And, it’s a crying shame he didn’t. If you haven’t yet made it through Bloodline’s first season, I implore you to get past whatever misgivings you might have, and watch it through. You won’t regret it.
