Let’s kick it off with a bang; Salma Hayek in Gucci Flamencowear.
Look, I’m down with the dress, but those shoes are a crime against everything. Nude? Patent? T-strap Platform? I may horf.
Uh-oh; those platforms seems to be a thing…that you won’t notice because what the hell are you wearing, Salma? That is clearly couch covering from another century, except the sleeves — which I presume were cut from one of Michael Douglas’ Liberace costumes — and then someone (not you, please not you, Salma!) hot-glued on the pearls and lace collar. Wait, no…it’s just another Gucci.
Mmkay. I actually don’t mind this look but again, I DESPISE NUDE FASHIONS. Unless we’re talking actual nude people, in which case, fine!
I guess they go with everything?
Hi, Tom; I like your shoes, and your sunnies and your you. That’s all!
Speaking of shoes, T + L like Alicia Vikander’s Louis Vuitton dress, but not her boots. I like her boots, but not the dress. I mean, it’s okay, but I can probably get it at Target. The boots ROCK.
Not only do I want Kate Beckinsale’s Dior, but I would also like her boobs, thankyouverymuch. Lovely, floaty, summery white. Perfect for a cruise. She is killing it everywhere lately.
Earlier in the evening, she wore this dress which I also love, because POCKETS. It could have used an iron, but still — gorgeous.
This might be my favorite, though. Sharp.
Unfortunately for Kate Mara, her fairy godmother barfed glitter all over her once beautiful Dior. What a shame!
Bow to the Red Queen and Her pointy… Anyway, this Naeem Khan seems more suited to a Star Something (Wars, Trek, Man) type scenario, or maybe a big Award Ceremony, which the Lola Awards (German Oscars) actually is. Maybe I just don’t like this dress. It’s too costume-ish to not be worn in a fantasy film. But, what’s really important is: Where’s Pacey? Please tell me you guys are still together?
I like her much better in this Marc Jacobs number, which coincidentally, could also be worn in a space movie (though not with those shoes). Hmm…maybe she’s bucking for a part? Rey’s mother?
If Diane’s the queen, Elle Fanning’s a perfectly sparkling princess in Elie Saab at the Neon Demon premiere. I like the lattice across the top more than the rest of the dress, but you can’t really walk around in just latticework, now can you?
This is also Elle being perfectly adorable in Tiffany & Co. (who knew?).
Rose Byrne is 36, fantastically gorgeous and an excellent actress, but she cannot dress herself in something flattering to save her life. Get a stylist, please! Yes, those are culottes; no, they’re not back.
Who’s that? Just, George and Amal out and about in Vatican City, no biggie. These two are always stylin’; that hat, though! I love hats.
Yes, Ne-Yo, yaaaas!
Happy Friday, y’all.
