Netflix Announces the Return of Black Mirror This Fall, with Episodes Including a Game of Thrones’ Favorite

Best Halloween news ever? Best Halloween news ever.

Late last year, Netflix announced its revival of Black Mirror, Charlie Brooker’s masterfully wicked anthology series. With its creator on board for 12 new episodes, a slew of big names — Kelly Macdonald, Bryce Dallas Howard, Alice Eve, Mackenzie Davis, Malachi Kirby — adding to an impressive roster, and great directors (Joe Wright, James Hawes, James Watkins) what more could we ask for? Oh, well, how about a near-Halloween release of half the episodes and the addition of a Game of Thrones favorite?

Yes, please, and thank you!

How about an episode that may feature Flynn dancing?

Here are the glorious episode titles and details:

“Shut Up and Dance”

Jerome Flynn and Alex Lawther, directed by James Watkins.

James Norton, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Alice Eve, directed by Joe Wright.

“San Junipero”

Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Doctor Who) and Mackenzie Davis, directed by Owen Harris.

“Hated in the Nation”

Kelly Macdonald, directed by James Hawes.

“Men Against Fire”

Michael Kelly (Doug Stamper!), Malachi Kirby, and Madeline Brewer, directed by Jakob Verbruggen.

Wyatt Russell and Hannah John-Kamen, directed by Dan Trachtenberg.
Black Mirror will stream on Netflix beginning October 21st.

I’m not screaming, you’re screaming! (Okay, I might be screaming.)
