Tom Holland Continues to Be the Adorable Not a Spider-Boy, Not Yet a Spider-Man Hero We Can’t Wait to See

Marvel tossed us two cool new Spider-Man:  Homecoming teasers today, the first (international) of which gives a good deal more of Vulture’s (Michael Keaton) shenanigans and motivation. Mostly, he seems pissed the Avengers (talkin’ to you, Tony) are getting more attention than he is, but that’s just my goofy, non-reader take.

I’m more interested in Tom Holland’s adolescent, I’m-just-growing-into-the-suit phase, because (besides being a dancer) the kid is killing it. His enthusiasm, comic timing and natural talent have already made him the best Spider-Manboy I’ve seen, even if he’s still getting used to that newfangled suit.

The other trailer has a mix of new and old footage, as Peter Parker learns the ways of superheroes.

It’s going to be a long wait for July 7th. Spider-Man:  Homecoming also stars Robert Downey, Jr. Marisa Tomei, Bokeem Woodbine, Logan Marshall-Green, Hannibal Buress, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Garcelle Beauvais, Laura Harrier and Tony Revolori.
